Exclusive- Turkey deployed tanks to the Syrian border

Many tanks carried by wagon train coming from Tarsus region were deployed to the Syrian border under heavy security measures after a short waiting at the Adana train station. The question is that Turkey is not at war thats why it hasn’t been understood the reason for this deployment but another question comes to mind: Are these tanks for the terrorists in Syria?
