Syrian Army liberates 90km2 of territory from ISIL in central Syria

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) had a big week in central Syria, liberating a significant amount of territory from the so-called Islamic State (ISIL) terror organization.

Perhaps the Syrian Army’s most impressive advance in central Syria came on Thursday, when their forces seized approximately 90 square kilometers of territory in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate.

Footage of this advance was captured by the Syrian Ministry of Defenses; the video shows the territory that was liberated by the army on Thursday.
