Syrian Army masses to restore Raqqa

Syrian Army is preparing for the battle to liberate Raqqa and restore of the city, where reinforcements began to arrive to the band 17 and that through human and logistical supplies, adding that the army waiting for the decision of the army command to start the operation.

It has been learned that the army units stationed in Raqqa have been able with small operations to re-control some areas that are already controlled by gunmen with regaining control over some checkpoints.

The band 17 and its surrounding has been ensured as safe especially after “Free Army” militia has failed until now to approach the band and dozens of militants has been killed on its walls in the so-called “the battle of liberating band17” and they have been taken aback with ambushes that have killed tens of the so-called “Islamic Raqqa Liberating Brigade ” and “Ahrar al-Sham” leaders and others of brigades belonging to al-Nusra Front, in addition to killing Saudi, Yemeni, and others from different nationalities.

Furthermore, the allegations has been denied that was broadcasted by some channels about the siege of al-Tabqa military airport stressing the success of the military members in guarding the airport and its surroundings perfectly.

“Breaking News” has learned that a unit of Syrian Arab Army has controlled earlier on al-Tabqa passageway.
