Syrian Army storms important hilltop near occupied Golan Heights

Minutes ago, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) launched a new assault on the strategic hilltop of Tal Marwan in the Beit Jinn pocket of west Damascus.

Led by their elite 42nd Brigade of the 4th Mechanized Division, the Syrian Arab Army stormed the eastern and northern slopes of Tal Marwan, where they were reportedly confronted by a large jihadist force.

The Syrian Army has repeatedly attacked this important hilltop near the occupied Golan Heights; however, they have been unable to seize the entire site, despite superior manpower and firepower.
