Syrian Army’s Giant Stride to Capture Key Region between Hama, Idlib Provinces

The sources said that the army men continued their advances against Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay’at or the Levant Liberation Board) in Northeastern Hama and captured the Syriatel and al-Zaferiyeh hills, marching towards Tal (hill) Khanzir and the hills of Tal al-Rayeh and al-Hamra.

The sources went on to say that the army has started liberation operation in Abu Dali after the artillery units pounded terrorists’ positions in the towns of Abu Dali and al-Mosheirafeh.

In the meantime, militant-affiliated websites reported that several convoys of the Turkistani terrorist group with 400 gunmen entered Abu Dali to provide back up for Al-Nusra.

Relevant reports said on Thursday that the Syrian army started operations from Ithriya-Wadi al-Zeib front to regain control of Northeastern Hama, advancing 10km in the Northwestern parts of Ithriya.

Meantime, the army soldiers took back control of the villages of al-Shahatiyeh and Jubb Abyaz in Northeastern Hama during their operations.

They also won back control of a vast area in the Northern parts of Syriatel region in the North of al-Salamiyah-Ithriya road.

The army sent new military equipment and fresh forces to Northern Hama and Southeastern Idlib province in the past few days.
