Takfiris are neither Shia nor Sunni: Ayatollah Araki

Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki slammed poignant events happening in some Muslims countries and underscored Takfiri groups are neither Shia nor Sunni, stating that they are the brain child of Arrogant World, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Speaking in the Seminar of Shia and Sunni clerics, the grand Ayatollah said, “Standing against Takfiri groups is a patently main duties of Muslims.”

To Ayatollah Araki, Muslims shouldn’t be pedant over minor issues and avoid any disparaging remarks, nitpicking arguments or pejorative terms against the holy concepts.

In line with him, religious clerics stress any measure led to dispersion among Muslims is a patent perfidy toward the Islamic instructions and teachings.

To religious clerics, Takfiri groups are deemed by Muslim nation as pariah and they should spare no effort to stand against them. Muslims should be perceptive observers and not be stolid toward the massacres happened around them.

In their lines, Zionism perturbed and daunted by Muslims’ unity, so they try their utmost to decompose Muslims Ummah.

Ayatollah Araki in his remarks beckoned to the standing chaos in Gaza and slammed Zionism vandalism there.

In point of fact, Western officials’ speech filled with many platitudes about human right, while they turn a blind eye to the scale of massacre happening in Muslim countries.

“Palestine is one of the most important issues of Islamic Ummah,” said Ayatollah Araki urging Muslims to get united against the regime of Israel.

The World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought tries hard to make its programs more palatable to Muslims, urging them to keep their unity and rapprochement.

The Seminar of Shia and Sunni clerics was held in Bojnourd at the premise of Payam Nour University.
