Several renowned figures and top officials, including vice presidents and university professors, attended the conference at the premises of the Islamic Peace Global Assembly in Tehran this week.

All internationally-recognized norms were breached in the recent Israeli war against the people of Gaza and despite Israel’s serious efforts for news censorship, the reports and pictures released on this event shocked the world public opinion who gave an appropriate response to these crimes in such a way that even the supporters of Israel were forced to decrease the costs for themselves in any possible way.

Addressing the opening ceremony of the meeting, Secretary General of the International Islamic Peace Assembly Davoud Ameri said that such attempts are not enough and an appropriate legal measure should be taken in this regard.

Ameri called on legal experts to study the different legal aspects of this issue to prepare a comprehensive lawsuit against Israel.

Ameri said that Iranian experts are due to hold a joint meeting to be attended by foreign elites and legal experts to work more in this regard.
