Tel Aviv bomb attack injures two Israelis

Police say two Israeli men have been wounded in a bomb explosion targeting a car in Tel Aviv.

The bomb went off in the Tel Kabir neighborhood of the city on Saturday night.

The bombing was an “attempted criminal hit” on the two victims, who are brothers, police said.

One of the victims suffered moderate and the other serious injuries. They were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

According to police and witnesses, the two men were inside the car when the bomb went off outside a kiosk in the area. The blast also damaged the vehicle.

Police have launched an investigation into the bombing. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
