Terrorists’ Positions, Arms Caches Destroyed in Syrian Army’s Heavy Air, Ground Attacks in Hama, Idlib

The Syrian army's air and ground forces smashed the positions and moves of the terrorists in Northern Hama and Southern Idlib, leaving heavy casualties on the militants.

The Arabic-language al-Watan newspaper reported on Thursday that the Syrian army’s artillery units and air force pounded the terrorists’ moves in the towns of Murak, Kafar Zita and al-Latamineh in Northern Hama and Tarmila, al-Habit, Kanasfareh, Ma’ar Zita, Karaseh, al-Naqir, Arinbeh, Sarjeh, Qaminas, Khan Sheikhoun, al-Rakaya, Qasibin, Ariha and Sheikh Mostafa in Southern Idlib.

Meantime, a military source reported that during these attacks, an arms cache, military equipment of the terrorists, their hideouts and military vehicles were destroyed, tens of militants were killed and a number of others were wounded.

He added that necessary measures have been adopted to set up a safe humanitarian corridor in Murak in Northern Hama for the civilians to be transferred to safe areas under the Syrian army control.

Jeish al-Izza terrorists, supported by Ankara, have admitted that during the Syrian army’s attack against their hideouts near the town of Kafar Naboudeh in Northern Hama, tens of militants, including a number of their commanders, were killed.

Meantime, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that a military convoy, consisting of 50 vehicles, has been sent by Turkey to Jeish al-Izza terrorists in Tal al-Ais region in Southern Idlib and Tal al-Touqan and al-Sarman in Eastern Idlib, which are under the terrorists’ occupation.

The Xeber24 news website also quoted a battlefield source in Idlib province as saying on Wednesday that the Turkish army had recently sent several military convoys to Northern Hama and Jbal AL-Zawiyeh region.

The source pointed to the reinforcement of the military positions in areas under the Ankara’s occupation in Northern Syria, and said that terrorist commanders have received tens of armored vehicles, missile launchers as well as anti-tank and TOW missiles.

Meantime, a commander of Jeish al-Izzeh terrorist group, namely Jamil al-Saleh, called for Turkish Army’s further aids for its allied militants in Northern Syria to confront the Syrian Army after they earned control of the strategic town of Naboudeh.

Meantime, the terrorist groups in Northern Hama once again hit the town of Qamhaneh as well as the cities of Salhab and al-Saqilbieh in Northern Hama, killing and wounding eight civilians.
