The 3rd exclusive exhibition of Iran in Baghdad kicks off

 

It is due that the first Iranian made automatic gearbox car to be unveiled in the fair.

Iran’s commercial attaché in Iraq Ibrahim Mohammad-Rezazadeh told IRNA that the fair started its 4-day work from Sunday by participation of 145 Iranian companies in different sectors and it will be officially inaugurate on Monday in presence of Ministers of Industry and Mine of the two countries.

He said companies in the fields of food products, home appliances, construction materials, automakers, auto spare parts, cosmetic products, hygienic products, hospital equipments, dairy and other fields are participating in the exhibition.

A new car made by Saipa Group upon order of the Iraqi trade partner, in accordance with Iraq climate and by name of “ Saina”, is the first Iranian made automatic gearbox, which is to be unveiled by industry ministers of the two countries on Monday.

Iran’s first exclusive exhibition in Iraq was held in November 27, 2015.

According to the Iran’s commercial attaché in Iraq, trade exchange volume between the two countries in year 2016 was 6.2 billion dollars and totally by trade exchange, investment, technical and engineering services and energy export reached a figure between 12 to 14 billion dollars.

Iraq is Iran’s second trade partner after China and the United Arab Emirates is in the third place.
