Yemenis demand prosecution of Saleh
Thousands of Yemeni men and women have taken to the streets in the capital Sana’a to demand the prosecution of ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Saleh and his loyalists, who they believe, had a hand in a massacre two years ago.

According to Press TV, on Sunday, the demonstrators called for the cancellation of Saleh’s immunity from prosecution, which was granted to him under a foreign-sponsored deal, and demanded that Saleh be tried for ordering the killing of more than 50 young revolutionaries in an attack on March 18, 2011.
Sunday’s demonstration came just a day before the Yemeni National Dialogue is to be held. Yemeni political parties will take part in the dialogue in a bid to solve the various issues which have swept the country.
Demonstrators urged the national dialogue committee to review the March 18 massacre case, and to pass a decisive resolution against the perpetrators.
