The Leader Of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei said that the Islamic awareness in the region and the presence of the people at the scenes for taking the lead over their own fates is a very important and precious experience in the Islamic history.
His eminence added, “The ongoing developments today in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Libya, Bahrain, and some other countries are fate making developments for the Muslim nations.”
The Leader Of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei reiterated, “If the will of the Islamic nations would overpower that of those who try to interfere in the Islamic countries, then the Islamic countries would have a progressive move ahead for quite a long period of time.”
The Leader Of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei added, “But if the global oppression and the leaders of the hegemonic powers and the global Zionism, including the arrogant and oppressor America, would manage to ride these waves and take the lead of the regional developments, then the Islamic world would get entangled with great problems for dozens of years in the future.”
His eminence said that the extremely important and sensitive responsibility of the Ummah, particularly the political and cultural elites of the Islamic world, is avoiding the occurrence of such a catastrophe, adding, “Today is the day for the big test of the Islamic countries and nations, because the Muslim nations have proved their astonishingly great might and competence, and also realized how strong they are.”
