Thousands of Syrian soldiers pour into Daraa from Damascus

Thousands of Syrian soldiers from several divisions have begun pouring into the Dara’a Governorate after completing their operations in the southern part of Damascus.

According to a military source in Damascus, the entire 9th Division’s shock troops have moved to the Dara’a Governorate already; they were previously based there before the recent Yarmouk Camp offensive.

The source added that half of the 4th Division has already arrived in the government stronghold of Izra’a, with another large convoy heading from Damascus towards the Dara’a Governorate in the coming days.

In regards to the Tiger Forces, they are on a short leave after the withdrawal of militants from Homs; they will be heading to the Dara’a Governorate in the next two weeks.

The entire southern Syria offensive will be broken-up into different phases, with the part concentrating on the Nassib Crossing and southern sector of Dara’a city.
