Top Commander visits army sites in Aleppo, asserts that Aleppo will remain victorious

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, Defense Minister Gen. Jassem al-Freij, visited a number or army sites in Aleppo province on Friday.

During the visit, Gen. al-Freij relayed the greetings of President Bashar al-Assad to the soldiers and his pride in their heroics and sacrifices for the sake of restoring security and stability to Syria.

“Aleppo will remain victorious thanks to the leadership of President al-Assad, the heroics of the Syrian Arab Army, and the cooperation of its people,” he said, asserting that all terrorist groups will be eliminated soon.

“The Zionist Saudi kingdom is the one that supports terrorism which targets Syria… the conspiracy will fall under the blows of our valiant army… victory is near,” al-Freij said.

He asserted that the Syrian people, Armed Forces and leader are bigger than the massive international conspiracy targeting Syria, lauding the soldiers of the Army for their victories which resulted in freeing several areas in Aleppo from terrorists, most notably Aleppo International Airport and its surrounding areas, allowing the airport to receive aircrafts again.
