Top Jeish Al-Islam Commanders sent to hell in Damascus

The Syrian forces destroyed positions of Jeish al-Islam Takfiri terrorists, killing scores of militants, including two terrorist leaders, in Housh al-Dawahra village to the South of Douma city in Damascus countryside on Wednesday.

The army also destroyed gathering centers, weapons and military vehicles in the city of Douma.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Syrian army thwarted a terrorist attack in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus province and killed a group of militants, including senior commanders.

The Syrian army targeted terrorists’ position in al-Nashabiya farms while the militants were gathering to launch an attack in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside, field sources said.

The army killed Said Omar Khabia, aka al-Shabah (The Ghost), and four field commanders in the Syrian forces’ assault, the sources added.

A group of militants from “Ashbal Jaish al-Islam”, “Der’ Al-Asema Brigade”, “Ajnad al-Sham” and “Jaish al-Islam” were also killed in the army raid.

Two Saudi militants were identified among the dead terrorists.

On Tuesday, military sources said they have hunted a large number of terrorists, including one of their field commanders, in their raids on militants’ strongholds in Eastern Ghouta.

“Yaser al-Hallaq, a notorious field commander of the so-called al-Islam Brigade, was killed in the Syrian army attack in Eastern Ghouta,” the sources said.

“The Syrian army targeted the militant groups’ military camps in the Farms between Marj al-Sultan and al-Nashabiyeh towns, and killed at least 14 terrorists, including al-Hallaq,” the sources explained.

According to battlefield reports, the Takfiri militants’ military vehicles and weapons were also destroyed in the attack.

Also on Tuesday, the Syrian army made great advances in al-Fosul al-Arba’a area in Darayya city in Damascus countryside and regained control of several buildings.

Abdul Rahman al-Yaski, a senior commander of a terrorist group, and a number of his group’s members were also killed by the Syrian army in Darayya.

Meanwhile, sources said a number of militants were killed and their fortifications were destroyed in the farms between al-Marj region and al-Nashabia in Eastern Ghouta.
