Tourist facilities in Kasab vandalized and looted by terrorists groups

Terrorist groups whcih had overrun the picturesque Kasab area in Lattakia countryside did not spare tourist facilities there, mounting a spate of attacks against them with the intent to disfigure tourist attractions in the area.

The Ministry of Tourism, quoting owners of tourist facilities in the area, has spoken about the scale of damage inflicted on several restaurants in Kasab.

Razouk restaurant was demolished and all its contents stolen, while Nirvana restaurant was looted. Wadi al-Azhar, Anmar and al-Mukhtar and several other restaurants in Kasab suffered the same fate.
