Turkish authorities have pledge to tighten security along the Syrian border following the Monday bomb attack in Suruch, which killed at least 32 activists and injured more than 100 others. Though the Turkish government consistently denies that it provides support to extremist groups to launch cross-border attacks in Syria, the contrary is widely understood. On Wednesday, the Turkish government banned images and footage of the Suruc attack, and blocked Twitter to prevent it being shared on social media.
