Turkish-backed terrorists retreating from Manbij says reports

Some Turkish-backed rebel factions have been allegedly given orders to withdraw from the outskirts of Manbij city, the Step News Agency reported this evening.

According to the Step News report, a new order was given to the Euphrates Shield forces to withdraw from the Manbij outskirts as the Turkish military has cancelled the offensive on the city.
