Ugandan pres. issues order on food crisis, MPs say too little

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has ordered government ministries to adjust their budgets in order to raise funds to feed the country’s starving population. Millions of Ugandans are facing a dire food situation in 50 districts of the country.
