Opposition sources disclosed that hundreds of terrorists’ vehicles left yesterday their positions in Idlib province to the Southern countryside of Aleppo city to slow down the devastating advances of Syrian army troops against Jeish al-Fatah in Aleppo city.

A German news agency quoted opposition sources as saying that while militants have left most of Aleppo’s neighborhoods and are trapped in a small area, terrorist groups in Idlib managed to dispatch a large number of their forces to Aleppo.

“Hundreds of vehicles carrying arms and militants left their positions in different parts of Idlib province to the Southern countryside of Aleppo city to attack the positions of the army and popular forces to decrease the government forces’ pressure on their besieged comrades in the Eastern districts on Aleppo city,” the news agency reported.

The sources further told the agency that most of the mosques in towns across Idlib province have called on militants to move to Aleppo to lift the army siege on their comrades trapped in the city, while local sources in Aleppo said that terrorists have no hope to receive assistance from militants in other regions, underlining that militants have accepted their defeat.

The local sources added that in addition to 2,500 militants who surrendered last week, more terrorists will turn themselves in to the government forces in the coming hours.

Reports said earlier today that the army troops and the Lebanese Hezbollah fighters continue to attack the last defense lines of Jeish al-Fatah terrorists near the newly-liberated districts of Bostan al-Qasr and al-Kelaseh, cornering militants in a very small area.

The pro-government forces started a large-scale offensive against the positions of the terrorists South of the districts of Bostan al-Qasr (Bustan al-Kaser) and al-Kelaseh and managed to advance against terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Mashhad and al-Sukri, pushing terrorists back from their positions.

According to the latest reports, Jeish al-Fatah militants are defending their positions in the neighborhoods of al-Sukri, Zabdiyeh, al-Ansari and al-Mashhad whose fall would amount to the full liberation of Aleppo city.

In the meantime, fierce clashes are underway between the army soldiers and militants in the Southern parts of Seif al-Dowleh neighborhood and small parts of Salahuddin neighborhood.

A field source disclosed that the defense lines of the terrorists have completely collapsed and they are now able to resist against the government forces’ strikes, saying the army men and Hezbollah will soon liberate theses remaining neighborhoods.
