Brahimi to resign for Arabs destroying Syria

Diplomatic sources states that “UN_special envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi will seriously resign from his “Syrian” mission, maximum date 18th of the current April.

Al-safer quotes of Arab sources in Cairo as saying that “Brahimi, and since the end of the last Doha-Summit and the resulting resolutions about Syria whether on the Syrian level or the international level, has deliberated the issue with his teamwork before submitting his resignation”.

Sources say that “Brahimi prepares a hand-written resignation statement, including an evaluation of all the incidents on the Syrian and international level, laying the blame of the destruction of Syria on the Arabs and the international society”.

His resignation in now known in most of the international and regional forums and a successor is being searched for.

The Arab sources maintain that the arming-resolution of rebels has toppled all chances of political settlements.
