US ships not worth ‘empty tin cans’: IRGC Basij commander

IRGC Basij Organization commander says the enemy’s aircraft carrying ships are not worth ‘empty tin cans,’ and that the era of warships has been ended.
Addressing the participants in the second day of 20,000-perople military drills, ‘Towards Beitol-Moghaddas,’ Mohammad Reza Naqdi said that “enemies should know that the era of bullying and oppressing of justice-seeking and free people had been ended.

The head of Basij-e Mostaz’afin (literally Mobilization of the Oppressed) asserted that “the era of rule of warships has been ended, and now, it is time of the will of nations; the age of bullying of tyrants is over, and today is the day when nations speak.”

“This is oppressed nations who veto the arrogant powers’ resolutions, and Iranian nation vetoed the arrogant powers’ resolution in the Bahman 22nd,” added Naqdi.

He asserted that the enemy’s aircraft carrying ships are not worth ‘empty tin cans,’ and added that “if Iranian people now express itself with independence and rejects the abuser powers, is the outcome of Basijis’ defensive preparations.”

Naqdi also said that Beitol-Moghaddas drills was a muscle flexing for Basij power which showed off other capabilities besides its defensive capabilities, the most important being national unity and empathy.
