Velayeti: Enlightening Public opinion, best way for countering Takfiris

Senior aide to Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei held be enlightening Public opinion as the best way for countering Takfiris.
Ali Akbar Velayati, an aide to Supreme Leader in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) on the sideline of the second international conference on the Takfiri phenomenon entitled “Takfiri Threats in Today’s World,” detailed on the hows of standing against extremists highlighting the best way for countering Takfiri moves would be enlightening public opinion.Beckoned to the achievements made by the Summit, the religious thinker briefed, “last year the event was mounted at the request of Sunni and Shia clerics, the conference has been repeated in the here and now and will be organized in next year as well.”

“Transferring the result of the Summit to other countries and Muslims societies can provide Muslims with some roadmaps for sweeping reform,” said the Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei’s  advisor stressing the event can pave the way for guiding those of people egged on and deceived by Takfiri groups.

Secretary General of the Islamic Awakening Forum counted enlightening public opinion as the very best way for standing against Takfiris and counteracting their willful measures in the World of Islam.

The aid to Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei  touched upon what enemies do in directing the youth to the errant path adding, through corrupted, anti-Islamic teachings and instructions, they urged them to shed the blood of innocent people, destroy places and displace defenseless people.

Ali Akbar Velayati Quoted Quran verses as saying, “The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy,” and underscored facilities, “ should be provided for Shiite and Sunni clerics so as to sit at talks and sort out their standing unresolved problems.”
