Iran talks at important juncture: Germany, France

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle says he believes that “an important moment in the negotiations” with Iran over its nuclear energy program has arrived, a ministry source says.
France says Iran and the six world powers have made progress in the course of their nuclear talks in Geneva but noted that no deal has been struck between the two sides yet.
