Video- Hundreds graduate from Gaza police academy

After almost three years since the start of zionist israel’s 22 day war on Gaza hundreds of police cadets have graduated from Gaza’s Police Academy.

The same Police Academy was the target of the first zionist israeli air raids at the turn of 2009 where nearly 150 police cadets where killed on the spot and dozens were injured.

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haneya along with high ranking officials attended the ceremony.

During the graduation ceremony policemen displayed all sorts of skills including raiding hostile areas and hostage rescuing.

The academy which was once battered by Israeli bombs has turned into a major security installation.

Al-Meezan Center for Human Rights has accused Israeli forces of perpetrating war crimes by attacking the Police Academy and killing the cadets during the war.

Public safety and personal security are top priority for the Hamas.

Since Hamas’s victory in legislative elections in 2006 the Gaza Strip has witnessed a major improvement in security .According to experts crime rates have also dropped dramatically.
