The Syrian army attacked the terrorists in Daraa province, and inflicted heavy losses on them over the past 24 hours.The Syrian army also inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups in other key regions across Syria.

 

 

In Daraa Syrian military forces clashed fiercely with terrorist groups in the neighborhoods of Dara’a city while other units of the army hit militants’ positions hard in the Northern territories of Dara’a province, pinning them down behind their defense lines.

Syrian army soldiers stormed terrorists’ centers near al-Shami farms in Dara’a al-Balad, inflicting major casualties on the terrorists and destroying their machinegun-equipped vehicles.

Terrorist group’s artillery units in Dael region were traced and targeted by the Syrian army, military sources said, adding, one of the canons was destroyed and its crew were also killed in the attacks.

The Southeastern side of the town of Dael was the scene of heavy fighting between the Syrian soldiers and militants, inflicting several casualties on them.

Most of members of a group of terrorists were killed in Syrian Army attacks along a road between Busra al-Sham and Vadi al-Zeidi.

In Aleppo the Syrian army and popular forces started a new round of massive military operation in the Southern part of the city of Aleppo on Sunday, specially near Project 1070, Hikmah School and al-Ameriyeh district, battlefield sources said.

The sources reiterated that the Syrian army has already seized back several strategic zones in the early hours of their military operation.

“The army and popular forces inflicted heavy losses and casualties on the terrorists in Southern part of Aleppo city,” an army officer said.

Also on Sunday, Russian warplanes carried out over 90 combat sorties over Jeish al-Fatah’s concentration centers and gatherings in different parts of Aleppo province in Northern Syria, inflicting tens of casualties on the terrorists.

The Russian fighter jets targeted Jeish al-Fatah’s strongholds in housing project 1070, near Hikmah school, al-Ameriyeh neighborhood in the Southern districts of Aleppo city, leaving scores of the militants dead or wounded.

In the meantime, the Russian jets hit Jeish al-Fatah’s defense lines in Khan Touman and Khalseh.
Syrian army troops, backed up by the Russian bombers, pushed back Jeish al-Fatah terrorists from more buildings in housing project 1070.

In Lattakia the Syrian army and popular forces started a fresh round of military operation in the Northern part of Lattakia on Sunday to push back the terrorists from the town of Kabani.

The army and popular forces stormed the Zuwayqat region near Kabani and engaged in fierce clashes with Fatah al-Sham Front (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front).

Scores of terrorists were killed and wounded in the battle with the government forces over Kabani.
In Homs Syrian Army troops and National Defense Forces beat terrorists back from more positions in Northern Homs with very good support of the country’s Air Force and missile units.

Syrian army’s missile units and warplanes targeted terrorists’ concentration centers in al-Rastan region to pave the ground for the easier advances of the country’s army.

Then, Syrian army soldiers launched their heavy attacks on the militants’ defense lines to lay cut off their supply lines and lay siege on them.

Terrorists suffered a heavy death toll and pulled back forced from several key positions.

Syrian fighter jets also pounded terrorists’ centers in Talbiseh in Northern Homs.

Reports said earlier today that Syrian fighter jets launched a fresh round of combat flights over ISIL’s gatherings and military convoys in Eastern Homs, leaving scores of militants’ machinegun-equipped vehicles destroyed.

Syrian warplanes’ bombardments in oil-rich region of al-Sha’er, third station, Khneifes, Eastern company and Northern Moshrifeh, left scores of ISIL terrorists dead and destroyed at least 13 vehicles.

Syrian army soldiers, for their part, struck a convoy of vehicles of Fatah al-Sham (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) on a road between Talbiseh and Howsh Farhoud in Northern Homs, ending in destruction of two vehicles of militants.

The Syrian Army aircraft also pounded terrorists’ vehicles and oil tankers in Southern side of Palmyra, al-Sukhnah, East of Qasr al-Halabat and a road between the villages of al-Khashabiyeh and al-Fasedeh in Eastern Homs.

In Idlib Syrian army soldiers, backed up by the country’s fighter jets, launched fresh rounds of anti-terrorism offensives in Southern Idlib, claiming the lives of a number of terrorists.

The Syrian army troops, in a coordinated operation with Syrian warplanes, struck Jeish al-Fatah’s strongholds in the villages of Sarjeh, al-Moqbeleh and al-Najiyeh and the regions of Ariha and Jisr al-Shughour, ending in destruction of terrorists’ bases and armored vehicles in large scale.

In Quneitra two senior field commanders of Fatah al-Sham (al-Nusra) Front were killed in clashes with the Syrian Army troops in the Southern province of Quneitra.

Mohammad Yusuf al-Sabihi aka Abu Qanavah, Commander of a terrorist group linked to Fatah al-Sham (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) was killed by Syrian Army’s heavy fire.

Also, one of the field commanders in charge of suicide attacks of Fatah al-Sham in Qadesiyeh Janoub war, Amjad Abdul Hakim al-Balkhi, nom de guerre Abu Omar Basri, was killed in clashes with the army soldiers in the Northern districts of Quneitra.

Reports said earlier on Sunday that several Israeli ambulances entered Syria’s Southern province of Quneitra and transferred those terrorists injured in clashes with Syrian Army troops to their hospitals in the occupied part of the Golan Heights.

“First, Israeli warplanes bombed Syrian government’s positions near Quneitra to back the terrorists of Fatah al-Sham (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-linked terrorists group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) who had attacked the Syrian army positions to prevail over the government’s position,” the Arabic service of RT reported.

“After Fatah al-Sham’s attacks were repelled by the Syrian soldiers, seven Israeli ambulances entered the battlefield and transferred a number of wounded terrorists to Israeli hospitals in the occupied Golan Heights,” RT added.

In Deir Ezzur Syrian fighter jets continued to bomb ISIL’s bases in regions Southwest of Deir Ezzur, battlefield sources said, adding that the attacks slowed down movements of the militants in the region.
ISIL’s strongholds near al-Thardah mountain on the Southern side of Panorama were heavily bombed by the Syrian Air force.

Air force reports said scores of militants were killed or wounded in the attack.

ISIL’s military hardware also sustained major damage in the attacks.

ISIL’s centers near Tal Brouk in Northwestern countryside of Deir Ezzur city were also targeted by the Syrian bombers.

In Hama Syrian Army aircraft bombed heavily ISIL’s sites in Aqayrabat region, inflicting major losses on the Takfiri group’s armored vehicles and tanks.

At least eight tanks and four bomb-laden vehicles of the ISIL were destroyed in the Syrian jets’ bombardments in Eastern Hama.

In the meantime in Northern Hama, gatherings and concentration centers of Jeish al-Fatah (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) in Western side of Ma’ardes, Souran, West of Kowkab, Northern side of Ma’an, Tal Bazam, Fleifil hill, al-Naseriyeh hill and Southern side of al-Latamina were bombed by the Syrian fighter jets for the second day in a row, ending in the killing or wounding of several militants and destruction of a number armored vehicles.
