Violent clashes erupt in Jaffa, Quds

Violent clashes have erupted Tuesday evening after Israeli police forces brutally suppressed a peaceful march organized in Jaffa city within the Green line in defense of al-Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli police claimed that some of it members were injured after being stoned by the protesters.

The Israeli police brutally attacked the protesters with tear gas bombs and batons as they raised the Palestinian flag.

Meanwhile, two youths were shot and injured with live rounds during confrontation broke out in Qatanna village northwest of occupied Jerusalem.

One of the reported injured was then arrested although he received a live bullet in his foot, while the second was seriously injured in his head.

Clashes have swept across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem as Israeli forces and settlers carried out deadly attacks against Palestinians, killing at least four youths and injuring more than 500 within three days.
