A member of Iran’s Majlis (Parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission says Iran will not allow US diplomat to enter country.
Esmail Kowsari, Tehran representative in Majlis also said that Western countries had nothing to do with Iran’s nuclear program.
He also pointed to US Congress Democrats bill on sending diplomat to Iran. “Iran will not allow US diplomat to enter country, and that Western countries had nothing to do with Iran’s nuclear program,” he asserted.
“Iran’s nuclear program has been under IAEA’s supervision, and according to NPT regulations,” Kowsari said.
“We declare clearly that no country has right to interfere with Iran’s nuclear program, or to set conditions to decrease these activities,” he added. “Iran will not abandon its position on nuclear program,” he emphasized.
While US have continued the policy of threat and sanctions against Iran, it has also proposed talks with Iran, a policy that indicates US hypocrisy in its claims.
