Why doesn’t Turkey help Yemeni People? Is it because the Yemenis are against US and Zionist Israel?

Why doesn’t Turkey help Yemeni People whom are praised in Hadith “Faith, wisdom is in Yemen” while the same Turkey support, help the foreign gangs in Syria who have no nation supports? Is it because the Yemenis are against US and Zionist Israel?
