“World needs a new Husseini Jihad”: Head of Leadership Council of the Islamic Unity Movement in Lebanon

“Nowadays we need a new Husseini Jihad in the world,” said Head of Leadership Council of the Islamic Unity Movement in Lebanon.
In an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), Head of Leadership Council of the Islamic Unity Movement in Lebanon, Sheikh Hashem Menqareh underscored, “Nowadays we need a new Husseini Jihad in the world.”

Pointing to the arrival of the month of Muharram, the Islamic scholar mentioned,” the holy Jihad of Imam Hussein against cruelty in the day of Ashoura and raising the name of Allah against the despotic governors had an impressive effect in the history.”

“Imam Hussein (PBUH) is the leader of all youths in the paradise,” said the Islamic scholar stating that “Imam Hussein stood against the cruelty and what he has done was the revolution of truth against falsity.”

Head of Leadership Council of the Islamic Unity Movement in Lebanon underlined that the uprising of Imam Hussein had an impressive effect among Muslims and taken as a holy jihad in the Islamic world.

He called on Muslims to be more aware than before and said,” At the present time, we should be really careful about the malignant plots of Islam enemies, neutralizing all of them.”

Sheikh Hashem Menqareh underlined that the only solution for the present problems and challenges in the Islamic world, is the return of Imam Mahdi for delivering peace and justice, which the human needs.

The Islamic scholar pointed out that it is incumbent upon each Muslim to prepare himself for such an important day.

“Returning to the holy book of God and His Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is another impressive way for solving problems,” Lebanese scholar mentioned.
