Senior cleric: US, Europe are not trustworthy

A source of emulation, Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makkarem Shirazi said on Wednesday that following recent remarks made by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution about lack of trust in the US, he said “We believe that the Europeans are not trustworthy either.”

According to IRNA, addressing a group of worshippers in Qom, he said the European Union in an unjustifiable move has placed Lebanese Hezbollah on its list of terrorist groups.
He said the Hezbollah movement has been labled as a terrorist group just because of defending its motherland.
He questioned “Why aren’t those terrorist groups that commit inhuman crimes in Syria put in the list and instead receive financial and military aids but Hezbollah should be blacklisted?
