World Qods Day targets Israel’s security

Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad-Reza Baqeri said on Friday the World Qods Day designated by the late Imam Khomeini has targeted Israel’s security.

Baqeri made the remarks in the northwestern Iranian province of Ardebil while talking to IRNA on the sidelines of the World Qods Day rallies, held concurrently in the province and all Iranian cities.

The United States aimed to guarantee security in the illegal land of Israel, however, designation of the last Friday of the holy fasting month of Ramadan as the World Qods Day thwarted the US objective, Baqeri said.

About any likely attack by the Zionists on Iran’s atomic sites, the deputy foreign minister said Israel does not dare attacking Iran.
