Yemeni Forces Destroy Saudi Military Grid in Missile Attack

The Yemeni forces continued pounding military positions in Southern Saudi Arabia on Monday, destroying the Saudi army hardware.

Yemeni forces destroyed a Saudi tank and ammunition depot in the Saudi province of Najran, informed sources said.

The Yemeni forces also targeted al-Mehdhar military camp and government complex in the kingdom’s Asir region.

Also in Asir, the Yemeni forces pounded a Saudi military site in Rebo’a district.

On Sunday, Yemen’s army and Ansarullah fighters fired a barrage of rockets at military positions in the Southwestern Saudi region of Jizan, killing a soldier in retaliation for the kingdom’s non-stop airstrikes on their nation.

The Yemeni forces also destroyed an Abrams tank of the Saudi army during the attack on Sunday.

The Saudi Interior Ministry has also confirmed the soldier’s death.

Meanwhile, several Saudi military bases and camps also came under fire in the kingdom’s Najran region.

Reports said on Saturday that the Yemeni forces fired rockets at a military site in Southwestern Saudi Arabia in retaliation for the kingdom’s aggression against their nation, leaving several soldiers dead.

The Yemeni forces fired rockets at a military site in Jizan region, killing and injuring several Saudi soldiers, sources said.

Meanwhile, a Yemeni military source said the army and popular forces destroyed a number of bases and arms depots used by Saudi forces in an area situated between the provinces of Ma’rib and al-Jawf in Yemen on Friday, killing and injuring an unspecified number of Saudi military forces.

The Yemeni army also foiled the advance of the Saudi military on the country’s Southern region of At Tabab, killing three Saudi troops and detonating two Saudi armored vehicles loaded with explosives.

On Friday, the Yemeni army and popular forces destroyed several army bases and military posts in massive missile and artillery attacks on the Southern parts of Saudi Arabia.

The Yemeni forces’ missiles and artillery units pounded the positions of the Saudi army in Al-Qarn, Qaem Zobeid, Jonoub al-Kobra and Soudaneh village in Jizan and Najran region, killing tens of military men, a Yemeni military source said.

The Yemeni missiles and artillery shells hit the Al-Mosfeq and Al-Ramza military bases of the Saudi army in Jizan and Najran, respectively.

On Oct 19, Yemen’s army and popular forces conducted retaliatory attacks against the Saudi troops in Jizan region, killing at least 13 soldiers and officers.

The Yemeni forces continue to gain ground in the Saudi border region of Jizan, reports said Monday, adding that they launched a ground offensive in the al-Khubah district in Jizan, killing at least 13 Saudi troops.

Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 222 days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 6,914 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.

Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.

Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
