Yemeni People Protest Israeli Nukes, US Warmongering Policies against Syria

Thousands of Yemenis held a protest rally in the capital city of Sana’a to condemn the Israeli atomic arsenals, the US support for them and Washington and its allies’ warmongering policies against the regional people, specially Syria.
According to a report by al-Mayadeen news channel, the protestors in Sana’a chanted slogans like ‘Nuclear Israel, a Danger Supported by the US’.

Israel is believed to be the sole possessor of nuclear arms in the Middle-East with over 200 ready-to-launch warheads in its stockpile.

The Yemeni people warned of the Zionist regime’s nuclear activities, and also voiced their opposition to the US-led military attack on Syria.

The conflict in Syria started in March 2011, when sporadic pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of western and regional states.

The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.

Washington has remained indifferent to warnings by Russia and other world powers about the consequences of arming militant groups.
