Zarif calls for forcing Zionist regime to stop continued attacks on defenseless Gazans

Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif on Wednesday underlined piling up pressure on the Zionist regime to stop ceaseless attacks on the defenseless people, while rushing up aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Speaking to Malaysian counterpart on phone, Zarif said the wide-scale Zionist regime crimes in massacring women and children have awakened conscience of public opinion worldwide.

He highlighted the necessity for international action, especially reaction on part of Islamic states, to help the defenseless people of Gaza, and urged Muslim states to launch all-out efforts to ship aid and soothe sufferings of the Gazans.

The two ministers also stressed making immediate shipment of food and medicine feasible and preventing aggravation of the human catastrophe.
