Zero Hour Arriving for Syrian Army to Lift Terrorists’ Siege on Fua’a and Kafraya in Idlib Province

The Syrian Army troops are preparing for the second phase of an operation in Idlib province to lift the terrorists’ siege on the towns of Fua’a and Kafraya in Northeastern countryside of Idlib city.

The sources said that the army will soon launch the second phase of its large-scale operation West of the newly-freed Abu al-Dhohour airbase to put an end to the long-run siege imposed by terrorist groups on Fua’a and Kafraya North-East of Idlib province.

The sources further said that the army men deployed West of Abu al-Dhohour airbase are 40 km away from Fua’a and Kafraya now.

In the meantime, other units of the army are preparing to kick off another large-scale operation in Eastern Idlib to storm ISIL and Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay’at or the Levant Liberation Board) positions that have come under the siege of the army in a region as large as 1,100 sq-km among Hama, Idlib and Aleppo provinces.

Relevant reports said on Monday that the army troops seized full control of the town of Abu Al-Dhohour West of Abu al-Dhohour military airport.

Meantime, a battlefield commander also pointed to the Syrian army’s advances in the surrounding areas of Abu Al-Dhohour military base, and said that after restoring full security to the region, the Abu Al-Dhohour military airport will soon be used by the Syrian army for its operations.
