Dozens of zionist settlers at dawn Tuesday attempted to reach Joseph’s Tomb in Nablus city when a group of Palestinian young men pelted them with stones and fended them away. According to Hebrew websites, about 60 settlers aboard a bus stormed Nablus city to perform rituals at Joseph’s Tomb when they suddenly came under stone-throwing attack by local young men on their way to their destination.

As a result of the attack, several settlers left the bus and fled away while many of them suffered different injuries. The windows of the vehicles also sustained damage. Forces from the Israeli army and police rushed to the area to protect the settlers and chase the stone throwers. A spokesperson for the army said the settlers entered the city without prior coordination with it.
