Within the framework of reviving the Arba`een Ziyara, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI), was honored by visiting the Shrine of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abu Talib A in al-Najaf al-Ashraf on Saturday, December 29, 2012.
