Pro-Palestinian demonstrations are being held across the globe, with protesters calling for an immediate end to the massacre of Palestinians by Israel.

In the US city of Seattle, protesters condemned Israel for killing innocent people in Gaza. They also demanded that Israel halt its offensive on the besieged Gaza Strip.

An anti-war demonstration was also held in Tel Aviv. The protesters denounced Israel’s military operation in the besieged Gaza Strip, expressed solidarity with the people of Gaza, and chanted anti-war slogans.

Similarly, demonstrators took to the streets of the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, and demanded the establishment of an international inquest on Israel’s atrocities in Gaza. They also burned Israeli and US flags and condemned Israel for its crimes in Gaza.

Since the deadly Israeli war on Gaza started on July 8, many demonstrations have been held across the world in support of the Palestinians living in the blockaded strip.

Demonstrations have been held in Iran, India, France, Germany, Britain, Greece, Japan, and Austria, among other places.

Over the past 15 days, Israeli warplanes have been hitting numerous sites in the Gaza Strip, demolishing houses and burying families in the rubble. Israeli tanks also began a ground offensive against the impoverished Palestinian land on July 17.

The Israeli raids have killed 647 Palestinians, including women and children, and injured more than 4,000 others so far.

The United Nations Security Council has expressed serious concern over the growing number of casualties in the Palestinian coastal enclave.
