From Daraa…Signing longest letter to support occupied Golan and its steadfast people

With the participation of official, youth and popular figures, a national activity was held in front of the building of Daraa Governorate under the title “Come on Together” to sign the longest letter of love and loyalty to the occupied Syrian Golan and its people who have remained steadfast in the face of the Zionist entity’s hostile practices.

The activity started from Sweida province under the title “The Golan is A Syrian Arab Land and it will Remain So”, and it has reached Daraa province on Sunday, and it will tour different provinces to collect about 3 million signatures.

The activity will be concluded by delivering the letter to the UN Representative in Damascus.

Participants in the event affirmed that the Golan will return to the homeland thanks to the steadfastness and determination of the Syrian people.

They hailed the sacrifices of the Golan’s people and their adherence to their Syrian Arab identity despite of the arbitrary measures of the Zionist entity against them.

Supervisor of the activity, traveler Ehssan Jadallah al-Nassir indicated in a speech during the activity that signing the longest letter of loyalty to the occupied Syrian Golan is a clear and popular response to the declaration of the US President Donald Trump’s on the occupied Syrian Golan, affirming that Golan is in the hearts of all the Syrians.

Chairman of Farmers’ Union in Daraa Mithqal al-Qassem said in a statement that Trump’s declaration on the occupied Syrian Golan came after he lost the terrorist war waged against Syria.

He affirmed that the Golan is a Syrian Arab land and it will return to the homeland sooner or later.

The activity started from Sweida province on June 26th.
