President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said late Sunday that the enemies should not be allowed to find the opportunity to administer the popular uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa regions.

‘Islamic Republic of Iran acted in a responsible manner vis-à-vis the Middle East and North Africa popular uprisings,’ President Ahmadinejad made the remark in a televised interview with IRIB’s Channel Two television.

He noted that the people of the Arab countries uprising against their governments are demanding justice, freedom, human dignity and their rights.

‘The regional nations are fed up with the humiliations and they want to change their political conditions,’ the president added.
