20 killed, dozens wounded as twin blasts rock Tripoli in northern Lebanon

Two powerful explosions have rocked the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli, one outside a mosque with the other one hitting central Tripoli near home of former national security chief, killing at least 20 people and injuring dozens.
