Iran to open the case of nominee in the UN

Iran’s FM spokeswoman has said Iran will open its UN nominee’s case to whom US refused to issue a visa.
Marzieh Afkham asserted that US measures against Iranian envoy to UN was patently a violation of human rights.

In the most recent anti-Iranian move, the US Senate s passed a bill to ban Iran’s UN ambassador from entering US.

Iran had already stated that it would remain persistent on Abutalebi as its ambassador. Also deputy-FM Abbas Araghchi asserted on Saturday that Iran would not nominate other ambassador to the UN than Abutalebi.
