National Security Ministry in the Gaza Strip has denied that Egyptian tanks entered the border line with the Gaza Strip.
The southern border of the Gaza Strip with Egypt is safe, the ministry’s statement said.
The ministry stressed that the National Security Forces are deployed along the border of the Strip, calling on Media outlets to contact the concerned authorities before publishing news related to national security.
Local media reported earlier that two Egyptian Tanks crossed for the first time the barbed-wire fence into the Gaza Strip on Thursday evening. The sources indicated that “masked black-clad gunmen topped tanks while a Verna car driven by a masked soldier was going along in between.”
