Palestinian officials confer with SNSC secretary

The leaders of Palestinian combatant groups have met and conferred with the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), Saeed Jalili, in the Syrian Capital, Damascus.

According to IRIB World Service, in this meeting on Saturday night, the two parties discussed different topics, such as the latest regional developments, considered approaches for supporting Palestinian people and their resistance against Zionist occupiers.
Throughout this meeting, Jalili emphasized on the continued support of Islamic Republic of Iran for the Palestinian cause and underscored that the issue of Palestine is the pivotal topic of the world of Islam.
The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council arrived in Damascus on Saturday afternoon to meet and confer with the Syrian officials.
