Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim: We don’t allow anti-Iraq plots to materialize
Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim, Head of Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, at the commemoration ceremony of the late senior Iraqi Shia cleric, Ayatollah Mohammad Baqir Hakim, said that the current incidents in Iraq and the region are part of plots to change the map of Middle East, and ‘we will not know this scheme to take effect.’
According to IRNA, Seyed Ammar Hakim added that: ‘We will not bow down to pressure and stand up against such conspiracies along with our national and religious brothers.’
On the recent war waged against Yemen, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim said ‘we welcome the stoppage of war and the presentation of a political solution.’
