Video- Yemeni Army unveils new missile

The Yemeni Army’s Rocket Battalion unveiled a new  missile on Thursday after Yemeni engineers spent several months producing it.

According to Yemen-based Al-Masirah News Agency, the new missile was called the “Somoud,” which means steadast in Arabic.

The newly developed Somoud missile is reportedly 4 meters long and can travel as far as 38 kilometers.

The Yemeni Army’s Rocket Battalion stated that this missile was designed to confront the Saudi-led Coalition that is currently bombing the entire country.
