Syrian Army One Step Closer to Conquer Terrorist-Held Airbase in Idlib
The sources said that the army forces have taken control of the villages of al-Adeliyeh and Rasm al-Khashouf in Southeastern Idlib, reaching the Al-Nusra’s positions only 2km away from the Southern entrance of Abu al-Dhohour base.
The sources said that a tough battle is now underway between the army men and militants in different flanks near Abu al-Dhohour airbase.
Relevant reports said earlier today that the army men, operating in Southern Aleppo towards Abu al-Dhohour airbase in Southeastern Idlib, stormed the Al-Nusra strongholds and captured the village of Jabal al-Has.
The army men further advanced against Al-Nusra and imposed control over Tal (hill) al-Maqbara and Tal Abu Roweil, located between Mount al-Has and Abu al-Dhohour airbase.
The army is trying to advance towards Abu al-Dhohour in three directions to capture the military airports and its nearby regions.
