Terrorist Ahrar Al-Sham’s top commander in northern Idlib has been assassinated
The top commander of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham in the northern countryside of Idlib has been assassinated, tonight, after unknown assailants opened fire on his vehicle.
According to pro-opposition pages, Abu Za’id Al-Askri of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham was assassinated earlier tonight while he was traveling with his cousin near the town of Ma’arat Masreen.
The Ahrar Al-Sham commander’s cousin was also killed tonight.
Opposition activists have accused Syrian Arab Army (SAA) spies of carrying out the assassination; however, no group has claimed responsibility yet.
