Syrian Army seizes huge arsenal of weapons in southwest Syria

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) seized another large weapons cache in southwest Syria after combing through more towns in east Daraa.
According to a government report, the Syrian Arab Army was able to seize this huge arsenal of weapons while clearing the towns of Maliha Al-‘Atash, Gariyah Al-Gharbiyah, Alma, and Al-Sourah.
The government report stated that the Syrian Army uncovered a large quantity of missiles, including several Milan ATGMs (anti-tank guided missiles) that were given to the rebel forces from Jordan
As shown in the video provided by the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) below, the weapons cache seized from the formerly rebel-held towns contained a wide-variety of missiles, artillery shells, and assault rifles.
Most of these ATGMs were supplied to the Free Syrian Army’s (FSA) Southern Front Brigades from the U.S. and Jordan.
These ATGMs provided the Free Syrian Army’s Southern Front Brigades and their rebel allies with a major boost against the Syrian Arab Army and National Defense Forces (NDF), especially during their 2014 and 2015 campaigns in the southern provinces of Al-Quneitra and Daraa.
